MUSICIAN LOADING ZONES

Musicians in Portland need safe and convenient ways to load their instruments and equipment into venues.

We have identified 16 locations around the city that have designated loading zones near venues and we’ve opened them up to musicians. All you have to do is register for a permit. Then use the loading zones, paying attention to time limits, just like a commercial vehicle.

There are three ways you can apply:

  • ONLINE: Click the link above and receive a permit by snail mail within 14 days

  • IN PERSON: Get a permit, M-F 9am-4pm, at the Musicians Union, Local 99
    (    325 NE 20th Ave)

  • IN PERSON: Come to any MusicPortland First Monday Meetup
